I’m so sorry I missed posting on Friday. I was so sick. Went to the dr and was diagnosed with laryngotracheobronchitis. Big word, huh? Yep. Got some meds, and now I’m on the mend!
We had several link ups to last week’s challenge to use a stencil or mask on your project. It was so hard to choose a winner this week! There were so many great cards! (everyone made a card!) We finally settled on the following card made by
I love the bright colors, the water spots and the graphic design! Congrats, Piali!! You can see more of her creations at her blog: Touch of Creation. Be sure to stop by and see more of her work. Thanks so much for sharing this card with us, Piali!
This week’s challenge is to USE A DOILY on your project. This can be a store bought doily, a doily cut on your silhouette or other digital cutter, or even a stamped doily! Here is a layout I made that uses a red heart-shaped doily.
I’ve made so many layouts using doilies in the past, but usually stick to the traditional round white doilies. This one made me go outside my box. Since it was heart shaped, I chose to use lots of hearts on this layout. Perfect for the wedding theme of love!
Check in with Sam to see how she used a doily on her project!
Now it’s your turn to make a project – card, layout or whatever – using a doily! Link up below and you may be our featured crafter next week! Have fun and take some time to be creative this week! See you on Wednesday!
